We just got our biggest GTA 6 reveal to date. Gameplay, screenshots, mechanics, and in this video, I'll show you everything because out of nowhere, today's episode of South Park dropped a bombshell, giving us our first official GTA 6 gameplay since August. You can see Jason and Lucia walking along the beach eating a hot dog while an NPC picks up their dog's poop. Then Jason throws the hot dog at him, starts a confrontation, and slaps him around the face with the guy's own dog poop. They did this just for the South Park episode, and it's a part of a scene where this lady right here is trying to show us how good November's going to be. But the best part, her voice might sound very familiar to all of the OG Rockstar fans. The graphics are seriously next level. It's a dog taking a poop. >> This is Tish Hicks, the woman who does the voice over for all of Rockstar's gameplay trailers like GTA Online and Red Dead 2. >> With Grand Theft Auto Online, Rockstar Games is looking to bring Grand Theft Auto into a living online world. People were doubting if the gameplay was even real or if South Park was just joking around with AI footage. But in the credits of the episode, you could actually see them thank Rockstar for the video, confirming it's 100% real. Today was also the release of the latest GTA 6 gameplay demos. This time around, Edge magazine saw the game for 90 minutes and did a 16-page cover story on what they saw. They also handed us 12 exclusive new screenshots of GTA 6, which look incredible. You're going to see them scattered throughout this video, but I got to point out this one first because it's actually a reference to the cover of Max [music] Pain 3. Also, earlier this week, the internet exploded when we finally learned the official size of GTA 6 cuz when you start downloading it on November 12th, you're going to have to make up 210 GB of storage. It officially makes GTA 6 the biggest game on the entire PS5, and it's double the size of Red Dead Redemption 2. It's because of how dense this game is. In Edge's new article, they watched as Rockstar [music] started wandering into people's houses. And that means you could finally just walk into NPC's homes in GTA 6, and apparently one of them had family photos of a dog. And it gets crazy cuz in the next room, there was dog poop smeared all over the place. And the smell was bad enough that Jason and Lucia actually grimaced and recoiled. This tells us that GTA 6 will have some sort of in-depth smell system where your characters react to things that gross them out. This is something that we never knew before. Not only does it mean the game has a magnitude [music] more interiors than any other GTA, but the cover story is full of new info like this. For example, you could just walk around and spot the police arresting people and solving crimes on their own. Like in every other GTA game, the cops have only existed when you do something wrong. Other than that, they don't really appear or do anything. And in GTA 6, not only can they be busy arresting NPCs, but they can be distracted enough for you to sneakily open their trunk and steal their shotgun. Now, Edge also revealed something that no one really expected. If you have a wanted level, it's not just cops and helicopters that are looking for you. They could actually bring a K-9 unit to track your scent. Something that didn't appear in their online cover story, but we did spot in the physical magazine, is that GTA 6 will have way more radio stations than the seven they've announced. In fact, on launch, we're going to be able to choose from 23 of them. And just this morning, Rockstar announced a whole other album. We've already been freaking out over the main music and all the celebrity artists, but the game is also going to have an original score by Justice. Right now, you can pre-order these vinyl records or CD versions of it, which includes 30 songs and this beautiful artwork of Jason and Lucia. But this doesn't fully drop until December 11th, probably to avoid spoilers because some of the songs may be from the game's ending. The level of detail in the game itself sounds ridiculous. Let me explain. We already knew that GTA 6 would have multiple trains running at the same time, but what we didn't expect was the map to have a fully functioning bus system. There's going to be buses with timets, pre-planned routes, and you could actually walk to a stop and wait for the bus before getting on. The same goes for the train systems. Unlike Red Dead or other Rockstar games, you could actually hop on the train this time and ride it without cutcenes. Be able to sit next to NPCs, go on your phone, and watch the moving landscapes out of the window. With these buses, it's actually a genius distraction. With that many people packed inside, you could use it as a tactic to escape from the cops. By sneaking on board, they could actually lose sight of you and not even check the bus. If you're not into committing crimes and just want to live inside the world, I'm happy to tell you that roleplay is a big part of GTA 6. Cuz you could really make the game what you want it to be, where you're buying cigarettes [music] and beer in the shop and going on the train for a day or going to a club. You could have your life [music] in the game. And that's proven by just how much mundane things they've added. Apparently, Edge watched as Rob Nelson made himself a cup of coffee as Jason and then drank it to get a stamina boost. There's also things like protein shakes and other random consumables just to add to the immersion. Now, when it comes to Jason and Lucia's love, we have yet to find out just how far you could take it. Edge asked Rob Nelson if you could actually get married in the game. And instead of saying yes or no, he refused to confirm or deny. And I think that's pretty telling, especially because we've learned that Jason and Lucia share an emotional history, which could mean they've known each other for a very long time. And that's why dating is optional because they've been friends forever. With all this stuff going on and the map being this big, it's no surprise that Rockstar have revealed GTA 6's map is bigger than GTA 4, 5, and Red Dead 2 combined. It's disgustingly big, and that's why there's so many random encounters that can catch you by surprise. Rob Nelson was accelerating along a highway in a station wagon. When some NPCs pulled up next to him, they wind down the window, taunting him and challenging him to a street race. He initially ignores them. They persist until, in effect, he is bullied into accepting. Nelson's vehicle, best suited to fingamilies around, is hopelessly outmatched. As the 4x4 surges ahead, its passenger climbs halfway out the window and perches on the door frame, his arms braced on the roof, screaming insults back into the wind. So, the interiors are detailed. The NPCs are detailed. And now we know just how crazy the weather is. Miami after all, and Rockstar have even made it so the clouds in the sky are all individual and get affected by the day, weather, fog, humidity, and even seasons. That's right. It's been confirmed that GTA 6 will have seasons. And some fans think it might have something to do with the story being split into different chapters. Each chapter may have a season and change the map drastically, but that part's just a fan theory. What's 100% confirmed is how the wind will affect everything. We've never had to think about wind in a Rockstar game before, but now it could be so strong that it causes damage to your plane or helicopter. It can even buff at the aircraft or basically just give you a ton of turbulence in a storm. Plus, even the NPCs will react to these strong winds and actually start seeking shelter as the weather gets worse. With all this news about how crazy the world is and just how big the map will be, fans have been desperate to know how quickly we can explore it. Lucky for us, the answer just got revealed. GTA 6's open world is going to be unlocked relatively early, which means we won't be stuck doing hours of missions before we could explore the whole thing. Even the northern parts of the map and beyond will be fully explorable, nothing locked away from day one. In fact, Rockstar wants to encourage us to go wherever we want, even giving [music] us downtime between missions where we need to earn cash or steal cars to unlock the next one. might be a little hard to get around if you time it wrong, though, because GTA 6 will actually have a rush hour for NPCs leaving and going to work, and it'll genuinely affect how bad traffic is. To make things worse, the hours in the day are going to be way longer than any other GTA. While time flies by in the past games, Rockstar have confirmed that nights will now last longer and sunsets will linger in GTA 6. The devs are trying really hard to immerse you in the world. So much in fact, that they're even trying to make crime more realistic. In previous GTA, the player could often feel almost godlike. GTA 6 deliberately makes criminality feel precarious. And step one of making this happen is how we can't have unlimited guns in our inventory anymore. Gone are the days of pulling an RPG out of your ass. Now you can only hold two concealed handguns and some smaller items while everything else needs to be stored in a vehicle or even a locker at ammunition. When you get a big gun out, you're not going to be able to hide it. You've got to face the consequences of walking around with it. And we already knew about GTA's criminal profile system. How you could be a clean criminal or most wanted. But thanks to Edge's story, we now have names for the levels. The best profile you could get is professional, while the one that'll ruin your save file permanently is called irredeemable. When you get to this point, you physically can't go back and it'll change how the story unfolds. I'll just say the wait for the game is getting unbearable now. But in the meantime, we're getting the most random collabs from Rockstar. Like this week, they revealed a GTA 6 branded coffee that you could buy in Miami. And there's also a Vice City cocktail that's being served in a ton of bars around the city. While it feels like most of their marketing has been in Miami itself, there's people all over the world right now playing GTA 6 as we speak. Let me explain. The reason we know the game is 210 GB is because it's been uploaded to PlayStation servers. Review copies have been secretly sent out by Rockstar to a handful of journalists, and there are even rumors that the copies have huge watermarks on them with the reviewer's name on it. That's how tight they're keeping the lid on things. That's everything new about GTA 6 this week.
